Incredibly helpful review! You have provided exactly the information I've been looking for. I am currently on the fence between the 36" GE Profile (love the price), the Bosch Benchmark (I think it's ugly, but like it's true flex-induction bridge with no cold spots), or the Miele or Wolf (I like that the big burner is on the far right so that I can cook with my big skillet and not have it bumping into other pans). Since I'm so used to cooking on a gas stove, intuitive controls are important to me. If you could choose between these four, is there a front-runner in your mind?
